Do I need a parameg Account to ask a question?
If you want to ask any techinical question or add a comment, you will need to create an account. You don't need an account to read other people's questions, answers and comments. You can create a parameg Tech Answers Account, click "Register" on Parameg Tech Answers home page. all what you need is an email address.
Do I need to check "Remember me" box on the login page?
If you check the "Remember me" box, parameg Tech Answers will remember who you are when you return to the site by setting a cookie to automatically log you in. This will make it easier to access and interact with your questions and other content on the site. You will still need to re-enter your password to do certain things on parameg Tech Answers: to view or edit your personal account information (e.g. password, email address, personal address).

What questions I can ask? Any limitations?
You can ask any IT related question that can be answered by the consultants and registered users. And you can clarify your question's parameters at any time as long as it is not 'Closed'. We reserve the right to delete questions on a case-by-case basis if they do not comply with parameg community guidelines and Terms of Service.
parameg Tech Answers discourages and may remove question that:
request private information about individuals
ask for assistance in conducting illegal activities
are meant to sell or advertise products
refer or relate to adult content
Do you answer non Information Technology questions?
parameg Tech Answers only answer Information Technology related questions.
What are Closed questions?
Closed Questions are questions remained on the parameg Tech Answers community forums with two statuses:
Fully answered and commented by parameg Consultants and Registered Users.
Unanswered questions, in such case User should submit Answer Clarification contains additional information to help answering the question to avoid closing thread .

Who will answer my question?
Your question will be answered by a parameg Consultant. parameg Tech Consultants contracted technical support staff specialized in certain field of Information Technology and some of them are professional at various IT fields; they are also professional at locating information on the web, and through offline resources as well. Your question may also receive comments from other registered users who can volunteer suggestions and advice.
parameg Consultants must go through a process that tests their technical skills and the quality of their answers. parameg Tech Answers also spot-checks their answers once they've been approved. You are strongly encouraged to provide feedback on the quality of the response you receive by ranking the answer returned by the parameg Consultant. If the Consultant's rating falls below a certain level or the Consultant has several unsuccessful answered questions, he or she will no longer be allowed to respond to questions as part of the parameg Tech Answers service.
What is the difference between a parameg Tech Answers Consultant and a registered user?
parameg Tech Answers Consultants are screened and approved independent contractors who answer questions in professional manner while Registered users register online to ask questions and post comments to the site.
How do I sign up to become a Consultant?

How will I know when my question has been answered?
You have the option to be notified by an email that a parameg Tech Answer Consultants or Registered User has answered your question. If you prefer not to receive email from Parameg, you can set this as a preference in your profile when you first open parameg Tech Answers account, or go to "user control panel" and change your preferences on the link "Edit Profile".
How do I provide comments on questions?
First, log in to your parameg Tech Answers account, once you logged to your account you are capable of commenting and answering posted questions in the system.

Will my question and answer be publicly viewable?
Yes. Your question and the corresponding answers and comments will be posted on the web and viewable by the public. However, your personal information will never be posted with your question, so your privacy is protected unless you want to view your personal associated with questions and answers.
Will others be able to see my email address if I ask a question?
You have the option to display your email address or hide it from other registered users through your account's profile.
Abuse of Service
What should I do if I find content that might be illegal or in violation of parameg Tech Answers guidelines?
If you discover objectionable content, you can report it to parameg Tech Answers administrators through email: abuse@parameg.net .administrators will then take the appropriate action.
